Coaching Development Opportunities with financial support from the AHA:

Did you know that England Hockey are providing lots of online resources to support your coaching development?

They offer courses for those of you working towards formal coaching qualifications or if you want to attend specific workshops to develop your coaching knowledge.

Also the AHA can help you pay for these courses…

Army Hockey is affiliated to England Hockey and this is where the majority of Army players would be affiliated, but courses are available across the UK Hockey associations and individuals can attend courses from any of the associations.   If affiliation is required to attend the course this can be added to the course fees as an additional cost.

How to do it:

  1. www.hockeyhub.england.co.uk
  2. Register go gain full access (its free)
  3. Go to Coaches – Book an event
  4. Select course and apply to reserve a space
  5. Speak to AHA Sec for application for funding
  6. Pay for course through Hockey Hub
  7. Attend course, gain attendance certificate
